Dona specialises in person-centred care delivery, ensuring that every service user receives tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. She is highly experienced in conducting pre-admission assessments, developing and reviewing care and support plans, and maintaining strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Her background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and autism care is reinforced by her Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs and her certification in TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Communication-Handicapped Children).
