At our day centres, we provide clients with the opportunity to learn independent living skills and other skills these include, cooking, cleaning, horse riding, gardening, arts and craft, swimming, work experience and travel training etc.   The activities at the day centre are carefully planned with the use of TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication Handicapped Children) and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) principles.  We pride ourselves in fostering a learning culture at Liberty Centre; all our daily activities at the day centres are conducted with an educational purpose.  We are linked to WJEC and AQA awarding bodies.  Our aim is for our clients to achieve accreditation as they engage with their activities and celebrate their achievement with friends, carers and family.
